Hi I am Karen, I am a poet, artist and a Writing for Wellbeing Coach. I live on the seafront in Pwllheli, a small market town on the Llyn Peninsular enjoying the wonderful view of Cardigan Bay to the south and glimpses of The Snowdonia National Park to the rear. The area is an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty,'

Apart from my own writing/artistic practice I am very interested in collaborative, community and arts for health.

I swim in the sea most of the year round and have recently taken up sailing and returned to kayaking. I have a huge interest in bird and sea life.
